All of this training has made me very lazy with updating my blog – basically I’m knackered & sleepy all the time so here is a brief summary of what I’ve been doing through March…..
Saturday 3rd March, Surrey Hills – 31.9 miles in 5:19

Sunday 18th March – I ran the ‘Surrey Spitfire 20’ with a friend who is training for the London Marathon. I was not a registered runner so no time recorded but my friend Valine ( @runningfairy ) ran the distance in 3:26 with me by her side for the whole distance.

Sunday 25th March – canal towpath run which was part run my friend Ian ( @runningokinuk ) who is training for the London marathon – today I ran a marathon distance personal best – 26.81 miles in 3:39
